- From the left-hand menu in CXT, select Credit Purchase. This will take you to the credit purchase page.
- Enter either:
• The dollar amount you want to add to your account in the top field next to the dollar icon
OR
• The number of SMS messages you want to purchase in the lower field next to the message icon.
Note: As you enter these values, the system will automatically highlight the tier plan you qualify for based on the amount added. This helps indicate your SMS cost per message for the six months following your purchase. Additional details on pricing tier plans are availabl
3. Select your preferred payment method to complete the purchase.
