Setting a Default Sender ID in CXT
1. Click the cog icon in the top right corner of CXT, and under Settings, select SMS Settings.
2. In the SMS and MMS section, locate the option labeled Default ‘Send From’ Address. Click the field to open the dropdown list of available Sender IDs, then choose the one you want to set as your default.
Note: This will become the default Sender ID used when sending SMS.
