How to download an CXT report in CSV, XLS, or TAB format
1. Click ‘Reports’ on the left side of the CXT menu, then select the report type you want to export: Outgoing, Campaign, or Scheduled messages. For this example, we’ll select Outgoing.
2. Then click the ‘Export ‘ button and choose the file format you want to download.
Available formats include CSV, XLS, and TAB.
3. The report will be generated and delivered to your device’s Downloads folder.
