How to turn Unicode messaging on or off in CXT
If you manage all of your messaging online through the CXT platform, you can turn Unicode messaging on or off from within your CXT account settings.
- Click the ‘Settings’ cog icon in the top right corner of CXT, then choose ‘SMS Settings’.
- Under the ‘SMS’ section, toggle the switch next to ‘Allow Unicode Messages’ to enable or disable the option.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and select ‘Update Settings’ to apply your changes.
