Reasons why a Sender ID may get rejected
The most common reason your Sender ID may be declined is that the Sender ID is already registered by another user.
Other possible reasons include using inappropriate or restricted Sender ID names, or not meeting the required alphanumeric Sender ID formatting rules.
If you’re using an alphanumeric (custom word) Sender ID, you must ensure that:
Your Sender ID does not exceed 16 digits or 11 alphanumeric characters
Only characters (a–z) and (0–9) are used
All full stops and spaces are removed

Note: Some carriers may reject either alphanumeric or numeric Sender IDs. Try limiting your Sender ID to only letters or only numbers (not a mix of both) to determine if this resolves the issue. Additional details can be found in Global Sender ID Support.
