How to manually add specific numbers to your opt‑out list and prevent them from receiving any further messages
1. Select ‘Send Messages’ on the left‑hand side of the CXT menu, then click ‘Opt Outs’.
2. Under the ‘Add Single Opt‑Out Number’ heading, enter the mobile number or contact name you want to opt out. Then click ‘Add to Opt‑Out list’.
3. If the contact exists in an active contact list, their name and number will be displayed. Click ‘Select’ to confirm that you want to opt out this number.
